About

Hello, I’m Pam!

I’m a small town mom with a teaching background and an artist’s heart. You can find me in Wainwright, Alberta, likely at my favourite coffee shop. My entrepreneur adventures started in 2014 with a hand-painted wood sign business, Heart to Home Signs. I taught myself to hand-letter through YouTube tutorials and Instagram videos during my kids’ naptimes. I continued hand-lettering on any surface I possibly could, including walls and even a food truck.

In 2021, my new focus grew to digital designs, mainly for greeting cards, stickers, and keychains, opening an opportunity for wholesale production. In 2023, I introduced a new name to this love of mine - Real Happy Designs. Along with paper products and happy little gifts, I offer hand-lettering services and custom designs on a freelance basis. Whether it is a personal project or something for your business, I would be honoured to create for you.

All Real Happy Designs are original creations, drawn and lettered by hand. I am forever creating new products and am so happy that you stopped to check them out. My hope is that Real Happy Designs always bring you a smile.
